Homeschool Programs
The Spring Semester of our Homeschool Self-Defence Program is starting Thursday April 10 2025.
The Introductory Program runs for 4 weeks, ending Thursday May 1 2025.
The Level 1 Program will continue on for an additonal 8 weeks (12 weeks total), ending Thursday June 26 2025.
Kids Classes (ages 6-12) – 11:00am-12:30pm
Teen Classes (ages 13-17) – 12:20pm-2:00pm
Seminars, Workshops and Skills Clinics
Communicate & De-escalate: How words can be your first line of defence

Time: 1pm-4pm
Location: Empowered Defence Centre
Cost: $45 per person
