Become the strongest version of yourself by joining our classes.
Self-defence is so much more than just the techniques. Your body and mind both need to be conditioned as well. In addition to technique drills, all of our classes incorporate physical training and age-appropriate discussions around personal safety concepts that will keep you alive and safe.

You’re never to young to start learning how to control your body!
Kids Self-Defence Classes
Self-defence doesn’t have to be a scary topic – we make it fun!
Each of our kids classes is a blend of technique training and dynamic movement games that keep your child engaged while learning life-saving skills.
The techniques introduced at these levels include simple strikes and escapes that are effective for children of all sizes.
We will also chat with them about issues such as bullying, home safety, dealing with strangers and more. It’s important to have these discussions when kids are young, and this is the perfect environment.
Classes run on Monday and Thursday evenings.
Teen Self-Defence Classes
It can be a scary world as teens transition from children to adulthood. More freedom and time away from home can invite dangerous situations that your teen needs to be prepared for. Whether they are entering high school, or preparing to live away from home for the first time, this class is essential.
Our techniques and training drills are designed to challenge teens to reach their peak potential in all areas – strength, speed, power, endurance, and agility are all pushed to the limit.
It’s also a prime time to start developing your teens mindset. We discuss navigating interpersonal relationships, situational awareness when out and about, and so much more.
Classes run on Tuesdsay and Friday evenings.
Adult Self-Defence Classes
It’s never too late to learn how to defend yourself.
You know how scary the world can be, and how important it is to be prepared. But whether the threat is stranger attacks or relationship violence, you shouldn’t have to live in fear. Our effective techniques and training drills will help you to feel confident and safe.
Of particular importance is your ability to stay fit and mobile through all years of your life. Mobility and strength both decrease over time if we don’t train it, so these are key players in our curriculum.
We also make time to discuss a wide array of topics, including Canadian self-defence laws, understanding attacker mindsets, and cognitive skills that will help you avoid trouble before it even starts.
Classes run on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
