TAKE A FREE TRIAL CLASS

Ready to start your self-defence journey?

Here’s how you can test run our classes to see if they are a good fit for you:

COMPLETE THE FREE TRIAL MEMBERSHIP FORM.

This will include providing the personal details for the participant, signing the waiver, and acknowledging our Studio Rules and Guidelines. Parents – please ensure you provide your child’s info if they are the participant. If you intend to register more than one person, you can add additional family members once the first account is created.

LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

Log in using the email and password you created while completing the Free Trial Membership Form. You can log in from either our Account Login link in the website navigation panel, or by downloading the “Gymdesk Members” app (psst! If you do end up becoming a member, we highly recommend downloading the app for convenience).

BOOK YOUR CLASS.

Once inside your account, hit “book” / “book a class” to view available classes. As a Free Trial member, you will have access to one free trial class. If possible, we recommend booking a class as close to the beginning of a new month as possible, as this is generally how our program curriculum flows best. If you are unable to attend the class you previously booked, just give us a heads up and we will reload it to your account.

STAY IN TOUCH.

You will receive several emails from us, including a booking confirmation, reminders when your class is coming up, and a copy of our most recent newsletter. If you do not receive these emails, please let us know right away so we can ensure you are receiving essential updates, including class cancellations and upcoming events. You may also want to take a moment to “whitelist” our email address: info@EmpoweredDefenceCentre.ca. This is like the opposite of blocking someone – it will ensure you always see our emails and they don’t accidentally end up in your junk mail.

ADD MORE MEMBERS.
If you would like to register additional family members, you can do so by clicking “Manage Family Account”. If accessing the portal via mobile, you may need to click on the drop down arrow below the students name to see additional profile information and options.
