Thinking about enrolling your child in our Spring Break or Summer Self-Defence Camps, but want to make sure they like it first?

Test the waters by registering for one of our P.D. Day Camp! These Camps are a sneak peek at all of the fun and amazing programming we offer throughout the camp week.

Campers will learn simple but effective physical self-defence techniques, engage in age-appropriate discussions relevant to personal safety, tackle fun fitness challenges, play skill-building games, and more!

Campers are required to wear comfortable athletic clothing and clean, indoor-only athletic shoes inside the studio. They should also pack a water bottle, lunch and snacks. This is a very active camp!

Self-Defence Summer Camp

Dates:

  • Spring Break – Monday March 30 to Thursday April 2 2026
  • Summer Week 1 – Monday July 6 to Friday July 10 2026
  • Summer Week 2 – Monday July 20 to Friday July 24 2026
  • Summer Week 3 – Monday August 10 to Friday August 14
  • additional weeks may become available if the above weeks near capacity

Time: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Pre-arranged early-arrival/late pick-up are available at an additional cost
