Self-Defence Workshops
Upcoming Self-Defence Workshops in Stony Plain, AB
Our regular ongoing classes are the foundation of what we do, but we know that isn’t the right fit for everyone’s schedule. That’s why we offer Skills Workshops: focused, 2-3 hour sessions held once a month that dive deep into a single skill area — from Defensive Strategies to Ground Defence to Escapes. Each workshop is a standalone opportunity to train hands-on, no ongoing commitment required. Whether you want to try self-defence training for the first time, focus in on the specific skills that matter most to you, or you’re a current student looking to get ahead or squeeze in extra practice, Skills Workshops let you train on your terms.
(1) The minimum age for Workshop participants is 12 years old. Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a legal guardian to participate.
(2) No prior experience necessary and exercises can be modified as needed. Each Workshop will indicate it’s expected level of physicality for your reference.
